The TPS3801 is a precision voltage supervisor with a fixed threshold of 1.14V, operating from 1.6V to 4V supply . It features a single voltage monitoring channel with active-low push-pull reset output, consuming only 9µA typical quiescent current. The device provides a 120ms reset timeout delay after the supply voltage exceeds the threshold. The reset output is valid down to VDD = 0.8V, ensuring proper system initialization. The TPS3801 includes no watchdog timer and is packaged in a compact SC-70-5 package. Selection is ideal for battery-powered and portable applications requiring simple power-on reset and brown-out protection.
