TPS3808G09DBVR TI Supervisors

The TPS3808G09 is a voltage supervisor with active-low open-drain reset output and a fixed 0.9 V threshold (G09 option), operating from 1.8 V to 6 V supply. It features low quiescent current of 2.4 µA and a programmable reset delay from 1.25 ms to 10 s using an external capacitor. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for microprocessor and DSP system supervision in portable and battery-powered applications.
