The TPS3809 is a three-pin voltage supervisor with fixed 3.0 V threshold, operating from 1.6 V to 6 V supply. It features a 2.93 V threshold voltage (L30 option) with active-low open-drain reset output, consuming only 9 µA typical quiescent current. The device provides a 120 ms reset timeout delay after the supply voltage exceeds the threshold. Reset output is valid down to VDD = 0.8 V. Packaged in SOT-23-3, the TPS3809 is a simple, low-cost supervisor for monitoring 3 V power rails.
