TPS3825-33DBVR TI Supervisors

The TPS3825-33 is a voltage supervisor with manual reset functionality, featuring a fixed 2.93 V threshold voltage for monitoring 3.3 V supplies . It operates from 1.1 V to 5.5 V supply with quiescent current of 15 µA typical (25 µA maximum). The device provides an active-high push-pull reset output with a 120 ms reset timeout delay after the supply voltage exceeds the threshold. The manual reset input allows external system reset generation. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23, this supervisor is characterized for operation from –40°C to 85°C. Selection is ideal for microprocessor and DSP system supervision requiring active-high reset with manual reset capability.
