The TPS3828 is a voltage supervisor with active-low push-pull reset output, fixed 4.55V threshold for 5V monitoring, and a watchdog timer. It operates from 1.6V to 6V supply with 25µA typical supply current. The device features a 200ms reset delay and a 1.6s watchdog timeout period. The watchdog must be serviced periodically; otherwise, reset is asserted. A manual reset input is also provided. The TPS3828 is packaged in SOT-23-5. Selection is ideal for microcontroller system supervision requiring both power-on reset and watchdog protection.
