The TPS3839 is a nanopower voltage supervisor with active-low push-pull reset output, operating from 1.6V to 6.5V. It features a fixed threshold of 3.3V with 0.9% accuracy over temperature. Supply current is 250nA typical (500nA maximum), making it suitable for battery-powered always-on applications. Reset delay is 20ms typical. The device monitors the supply voltage and asserts reset when voltage falls below threshold, releasing reset after the delay once voltage rises above threshold. Selection is ideal for ultra-low-power system monitoring requiring minimal power overhead. Applications include battery-powered medical devices, wireless sensors, IoT nodes, portable electronics, and microcontroller power-on reset circuits requiring nanopower consumption.
