TPS3897ADRYR TI Supervisors
The TPS3897A is a precision voltage supervisor with programmable delay and active-low open-drain reset output. It operates from 1.7V to 5.5V and features a fixed threshold voltage of 1.2V (A variant). The device provides a reset output with user-programmable delay from 2.5ms to 12.8s using an external capacitor. Supply current is 3µA typical, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The TPS3897A features high threshold accuracy of 1% over temperature. Selection is ideal for low-voltage system monitoring requiring adjustable reset delay.
