The TPS48111L-Q1 is an automotive-grade, 3.5-V to 80-V, 4-A ideal diode controller with integrated back-to-back MOSFETs for reverse battery protection and power OR-ing. It features a low 3.5-mΩ RDS(on), an enable pin, soft-start, and overvoltage protection. Packaged in a 20-pin VQFN (DGX) (3.5 mm × 4.5 mm) with wettable flanks, it is ideal for power path management in automotive and industrial systems. Applications include battery backup circuits, power source selection, load switching, and reverse polarity protection in body control modules (BCMs) and ADAS sensors.
