TPS51100DGQR TI Special Purpose Regulators

The TPS51100DGQR is a 3A sink/source DDR termination regulator from Texas Instruments, designed for low-voltage DDR and DDR2 memory systems. It operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V input and supports a 1.8V VDDQ reference. The device includes a VTT output tracking half of VDDQSNS, and a REFOUT buffered reference. It offers fast transient response and requires only 20 µF of ceramic output capacitance. Housed in a 10-pin HVSSOP (PowerPAD) package, it is characterized for -40°C to 85°C.
