The TPS51200-Q1 is an automotive-grade sink/source DDR termination regulator qualified for AEC-Q100, providing VTT and VREF for DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, and DDR4 memory. It sinks and sources up to 2A continuous current while maintaining VTT regulation at 0.5× VDDQ. The device features fast load transient response with built-in linear regulator topology, requiring minimal external components. It includes overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and EN input for power sequencing. Output accuracy is ±10mV. Selection is standard for DDR memory termination in automotive and industrial applications.
