The TPS51285B is a dual buck controller for DDR memory power supply, providing VDDQ (memory core voltage) and VTT (termination voltage) with integrated LDO. It operates from 5V and 3.3V supplies and features 2V to 3.6V VDDQ output range and VTT tracking at 0.5x VDDQ. The device includes high-efficiency D-CAP™ mode control for fast transient response. Built-in protection includes overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage lockout. Selection is ideal for DDR1, DDR2, DDR3, and DDR4 memory power in computing applications.
