The TPS53319 is a 14-A synchronous step-down converter with D-CAP™ control, operating from a 1.5-V to 22-V input and providing an adjustable output from 0.6-V to 5.5-V. It features integrated MOSFETs, optimized for low output voltage ripple and fast transient response, and requires no external compensation. The device includes a 250-kHz to 1-MHz adjustable switching frequency, Eco-mode for light-load efficiency, and overcurrent protection. Packaged in a 22-pin LSON-CLIP (DQP) (6 mm × 5 mm), it is ideal for high-density point-of-load (POL) conversion. Applications include servers, storage systems, and telecom equipment.
