The TPS54060 is a step-down converter with an integrated high-side MOSFET, operating from a 3.5-V to 60-V input and delivering up to 500-mA output current. It features Eco-mode for high light-load efficiency and low 138-µA operating quiescent current. The device uses current-mode control with an adjustable switching frequency up to 2.5 MHz. Packaged in a 10-pin HVSSOP with PowerPAD, the TPS54060 is ideal for industrial 24-V and automotive 12-V/48-V battery systems.
