The TPS54140DGQR is a 60-V, 1.5-A step-down DC-DC converter with integrated high-side MOSFET from Texas Instruments in 10-pin HVSSOP (DGQ) package with PowerPAD™ , featuring Eco-Mode for light-load efficiency. For selection, verify input from 3.5 V to 60 V, adjustable output from 0.8 V to 58 V, 1.5-A continuous output current, switching frequency programmable from 100 kHz to 2.5 MHz, quiescent current of 116 µA typical, shutdown current of 1.3 µA typical, enable pin with adjustable UVLO, power-good flag, adjustable soft-start, and operating temperature from -40°C to +150°C. Features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, and frequency foldback. Ideal for 12-V, 24-V, and 48-V industrial and commercial low-power systems, automotive aftermarket power supplies, industrial control boards, battery-powered equipment, PoE systems, and telecom distribution buses.
