The TPS54160ADGQR is a 60V, 1.5A step-down (buck) DC-DC converter with integrated high-side MOSFET from Texas Instruments in 10-pin MSOP-PowerPAD (DGQ) package, featuring Eco-Mode for light-load efficiency. For selection, verify input voltage from 3.5V to 60V, adjustable output from 0.8V to 58V, 1.5A continuous output current, switching frequency programmable from 100kHz to 2.5MHz, quiescent current of 116µA typical, shutdown current of 1.3µA typical, enable pin with adjustable UVLO via external resistors, power-good flag, adjustable soft-start, and operating temperature from -40°C to +150°C. Features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, and frequency foldback.
