The TPS54201DDCR is a 1.5A synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with integrated LED current sensing from Texas Instruments in SOT-23-6 (DDC) package, designed for high-brightness LED driving applications. For selection, verify input from 4.2V to 28V, output voltage adjustable, 1.5A continuous output current, fixed 2.1MHz switching frequency for small inductor size, analog and PWM dimming capability, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, and internal compensation.
