TPS54308DDCR TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators

The TPS54308 is a 3A synchronous step-down converter with integrated FETs, operating from 4.5V to 28V input and providing adjustable output from 0.8V to 24V. It features Eco-mode for high light-load efficiency and fixed 400kHz switching frequency. The device integrates low RDS(on) MOSFETs (170mΩ/120mΩ) for high efficiency. Built-in protection includes current limiting, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection. Quiescent current is 180µA typical. The TPS54308 requires minimal external components and is available in SOT-23-6 package.
