The TPS54320RHLR is a 3A synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with D-CAP2 mode from Texas Instruments in 14-pin VQFN (RHL) package with PowerPAD™. For selection, verify input from 4.5V to 17V, adjustable output from 0.8V to 6V, 3A continuous output current, 700kHz fixed switching frequency, integrated 25mΩ high-side and 18mΩ low-side MOSFETs, and operating temperature from -40°C to +150°C.
