The TPS54383 is a dual 3A synchronous step-down converter with integrated MOSFETs, operating from a 4.5V to 28V input. It features a 300kHz to 1.2MHz adjustable switching frequency, D-CAP™ mode control for fast transient response, and includes separate enable and power-good outputs. The device integrates two independent regulators with a 2ms internal soft-start and overcurrent protection. Output voltage accuracy is ±1.5% over temperature. Packaged in a 24-pin HTSSOP (PWP) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for digital TV power supplies, set-top boxes, and point-of-load (POL) conversion requiring dual outputs with high efficiency and simple design.
