TPS54561DPRR TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators
The TPS54561 is a step-down converter with an integrated high-side MOSFET capable of withstanding 60-V surges. It operates from a 4.5-V to 60-V input and delivers up to 5-A continuous output current with an adjustable output from 0.8 V to 58 V. The device features Eco-mode for high light-load efficiency and low 152-μA operating current. Current-mode control with adjustable switching frequency from 100 kHz to 2.1 MHz provides design flexibility. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. Packaged in a 10-pin WSON (DPR) (4 mm × 3 mm), the TPS54561 is ideal for 48-V telecom and 24-V industrial systems, automotive infotainment, battery management systems, and power supplies.
