TPS54561QDPRRQ1 TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators

The TPS54561-Q1 is an automotive-grade step-down converter with an integrated high-side MOSFET capable of withstanding 60V surges, qualified for AEC-Q100. It operates from a 4.5V to 60V input and delivers up to 5A output current with an adjustable output from 0.8V to 58V. The device features Eco-mode for high light-load efficiency, low 152µA operating current, and adjustable switching frequency from 100kHz to 2.1MHz with external synchronization capability. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. Packaged in a 10-pin WSON (DPR) (4mm × 3mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for 48V telecom systems, 24V industrial automation, automotive infotainment, and battery management systems.
