TPS54620RHLR TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators
The TPS54620 is a 6-A synchronous step-down converter with integrated MOSFETs, operating from a 4.5-V to 17-V input and providing an adjustable output from 0.6 V to 6 V. It integrates low RDS(on) MOSFETs (10 mΩ / 6 mΩ) and achieves up to 95% efficiency. The device features D-CAP™ control for fast transient response and requires no external compensation. Packaged in a 14-pin VQFN (RHL) (3.5 mm × 3.5 mm), it is ideal for high-density point-of-load (POL) conversion in servers, digital TV power supplies, and FPGA/ASIC core rails. Applications include telecom systems, networking equipment, and storage systems requiring 6-A capability with excellent thermal performance.
