The TPS548A28 is a 25A synchronous step-down converter operating from 4V to 18V input, providing an adjustable output from 0.6V to 5.5V. It features D-CAP3™ control and integrates low RDS(on) MOSFETs for high efficiency and fast transient response. The switching frequency is adjustable from 300kHz to 1MHz. Packaged in a 21-pin VQFN (RWW) (5mm × 4mm), it is ideal for high-current point-of-load (POL) conversion in server, telecom, and storage systems.
