The TPS548B28 is a 25-A synchronous step-down converter with integrated MOSFETs, operating from a 4-V to 18-V input and providing an adjustable output from 0.6 V to 5.5 V. It features D-CAP3™ control for fast transient response and integrates low RDS(on) MOSFETs for high efficiency. The switching frequency is adjustable from 300 kHz to 1 MHz. Packaged in a 21-pin VQFN (RWW) (5 mm × 4 mm), it is ideal for high-current point-of-load (POL) conversion in server, telecom, and storage systems.
