The TPS54J061 is a 6 A synchronous step-down converter with integrated MOSFETs and fixed-frequency operation, operating from 4 V to 12 V input. It features D-CAP3™ control requiring no external compensation, with 1.6 MHz switching frequency. The device integrates low RDS(on) MOSFETs for high efficiency and includes pre-biased startup and OVP/OCP protection. Selection is ideal for point-of-load (POL) conversion in space-constrained designs.
