The TPS560430 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® synchronous step-down converter delivering 600mA from 4V to 36V input, with adjustable output from 0.8V to 36V. It features integrated 250mΩ/170mΩ MOSFETs, 1.1MHz switching frequency, and external compensation-free operation. The device includes Eco-mode for high light-load efficiency. Packaged in SOT-23-6. Selection is ideal for cost-sensitive industrial and consumer power supplies requiring wide input range and adjustable output.
