The TPS560430 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® synchronous step-down converter delivering 600 mA from a 4-V to 36-V input, with an adjustable output from 0.8 V to 36 V. It integrates low RDS(on) MOSFETs (250 mΩ/170 mΩ) and features a 1.1-MHz switching frequency with external compensation-free operation. The device includes Eco-mode for high light-load efficiency. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (YFDBV) (1.6 mm × 2.9 mm), the TPS560430 is ideal for cost-sensitive industrial and consumer power supplies.
