The TPS56C230RJER is a 12A synchronous buck DC-DC converter from Texas Instruments in 20-pin VQFN-HR (RJE) package (3mm × 3mm). For selection, verify input from 4.5V to 18V, adjustable output from 0.6V to 5.5V via external resistors, 12A continuous output current, 500kHz switching frequency, integrated 17mΩ high-side and 5.9mΩ low-side MOSFETs, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
