The TPS60402 is a 60-mA charge pump voltage inverter operating from 1.8 V to 5.5 V input, delivering a negative output voltage of –VIN. It features a 250 kHz switching frequency, high efficiency (up to 90%), and requires only three external capacitors. The device includes a shutdown mode to reduce quiescent current to less than 1 μA. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23, the TPS60402 is ideal for generating a negative supply rail from a positive input in space-constrained, battery-powered applications.
