The TPS61087 is a high-frequency boost converter operating from 2.5V to 6V input and delivering up to 3.2A output current with adjustable output up to 18.5V . It features pin-selectable switching frequency of 650kHz or 1.2MHz, allowing optimization between efficiency and solution size. The device includes integrated 3.2A power switch and consumes 75µA typical quiescent current . Current-mode control provides excellent line and load regulation. Built-in protection includes overcurrent and thermal shutdown. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C . Packaged in 10-pin VSON (3mm × 3mm). Selection is ideal for battery-powered bias supplies and portable applications requiring high output current.
