The TPS62050 is an 800 mA, 1.25 MHz synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™, operating from a 2.7 V to 10 V input and providing an adjustable output from 0.7 V to 6 V. It features up to 95% efficiency, a 18 µA typical quiescent current, and power-save mode for light-load efficiency. The device includes a power-good output, 100% duty cycle for the lowest dropout, and overcurrent protection. Packaged in a 10-pin VSSOP (DGS) (3 mm × 3 mm), it is ideal for battery-powered and point-of-load applications.
