The TPS62060 is a 1.6-A, 3-MHz synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™, operating from a 2.9-V to 6-V input and providing an adjustable output from 0.6-V to 6-V. It features up to 95% efficiency, a 19-µA typical quiescent current, and power-save mode for light-load efficiency. The device includes a power-good output and 100% duty cycle for the lowest dropout. Packaged in an 8-pin WSON (DSG) (2 mm × 2 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for battery-powered and point-of-load applications. Applications include portable electronics, solid-state drives, and processor supplies requiring high efficiency and small solution size.
