The TPS62097 is a 2-A synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™, operating from a 2.5-V to 6-V input and providing an adjustable output from 0.6-V to VIN. It features a 2.4-MHz switching frequency, 17-µA typical quiescent current, and power-save mode for light-load efficiency. The device includes a power-good output, 100% duty cycle for the lowest dropout, and overcurrent protection. Packaged in an 11-pin VQFN (RWK) (2.5 mm × 2 mm), it is ideal for battery-powered and point-of-load applications.
