The TPS62120 is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down converter delivering up to 75mA output current from a 2V to 15V input, with an adjustable output from 1.2V to 5.5V. It features DCS-Control™ for up to 96% efficiency, 11µA typical quiescent current, and power-save mode for light-load efficiency. The device includes an 800kHz switching frequency, 100% duty cycle for lowest dropout, and a power-good output. Packaged in an 8-pin SOT-23 (DCN) (2.9mm × 1.6mm), it is ideal for low-power RF applications, ultra-low-power microprocessors, and energy harvesting.
