The TPS62130A is a 3-A synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™, operating from a 3-V to 17-V input and providing an adjustable output from 0.9-V to 6-V. It features up to 97% efficiency, a 2.5-MHz switching frequency, and a low 18-µA typical quiescent current. The device includes power-save mode for light-load efficiency, 100% duty cycle for the lowest dropout, and overcurrent protection. Packaged in a 16-pin VQFN (RGT) (3 mm × 3 mm), it is ideal for battery-powered and point-of-load applications.
