The TPS62150 is a 1A synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™, operating from 3V to 17V input and providing adjustable output from 0.9V to 6V. It features 2.5MHz switching frequency, allowing for tiny inductors and capacitors. The device consumes 18µA typical quiescent current and features power-save mode for high efficiency at light loads. The TPS62150 includes output discharge, power-good output, and 100% duty cycle for lowest dropout.
