The TPS62175 is a 0.5-A synchronous step-down converter operating from 4.75 V to 28 V input, with an adjustable output from 1.2 V to 28 V. It features DCS-Control™ topology for high efficiency across the full load range, a low quiescent current of 6 µA typical (15 µA max), and a 1-MHz typical switching frequency. The device includes power-save mode for light-load efficiency, 100% duty cycle for lowest dropout, and overcurrent protection. Packaged in a 10-pin WSON (DQC) (3 mm × 3 mm), it is ideal for battery-powered and industrial point-of-load applications.
