The TPS62260 is a 600-mA, 2.25-MHz synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™, operating from a 2.5-V to 6-V input and providing an adjustable output from 0.6 V to VIN. It features up to 95% efficiency, a 15-µA typical quiescent current, and power-save mode for light-load efficiency. The device includes a power-good output, 100% duty cycle for the lowest dropout, and overcurrent protection. Packaged in a 6-pin WSON (DRV) (2 mm × 2 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for battery-powered and point-of-load applications, including portable electronics and solid-state drives.
