TPS62823DLCR TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators

The TPS62823 is a 3A high-frequency synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™ topology, operating from 2.4V to 5.5V input. It features up to 95% efficiency with 30µA typical quiescent current and 0.4µA shutdown current. The device provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 4V, with 2.4MHz switching frequency allowing tiny external components. The TPS62823 includes power-save mode for light-load efficiency, 100% duty cycle for lowest dropout, output discharge, and power-good output. It is available in 6-pin SOT-583 package. Selection is ideal for battery-powered and point-of-load applications requiring high efficiency and small solution size. Applications include portable electronics, smartphones, tablets, solid-state drives, and processors in space-constrained battery-powered devices.
