The TPS62827 is a 4A synchronous step-down converter in a 2.0mm × 2.0mm VSON-6 (DMQ) package, using DCS-Control™ for high efficiency and excellent load transient response. It operates from a 2.4V to 5.5V input and provides an adjustable output from 0.6V to 4.0V, with 1% output accuracy over the full temperature range . Quiescent current is only 4µA typical, enabling very low standby power consumption. Features include 100% duty cycle (lowest dropout), power-good output, overcurrent, and thermal protection. Applications include wearables, IoT devices, portable electronics, and battery-powered systems requiring high power density with up to 4A output.
