TPS628302ADRLR TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators

The TPS628302 is a high-frequency synchronous step-down converter operating from 2.25 V to 5.5 V input and delivering up to 2 A output current . It provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.5 V to 4.5 V with a 2 MHz fixed switching frequency, enabling the use of small external components. The device features DCS-Control™ topology for excellent load transient performance and high efficiency up to 94% at light loads via power-save mode. Quiescent current is 17 µA typical, with 100% duty cycle for lowest dropout. The converter is housed in a compact 6-pin SOT-583 (1.6 mm × 1.6 mm) package. Selection is ideal for battery-powered and point-of-load applications requiring high current density. Applications include portable electronics, solid-state drives, processors and memory power supplies, and industrial sensors where 2 A step-down conversion is required with minimal board space.
