The TPS629206 is a highly efficient, 0.6-A synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™ topology, operating from a 3-V to 17-V input . It features a low 4-µA typical quiescent current and supports output voltage options from 0.4 V to 5.5 V via external feedback or internal VSET divider with 18 selectable options . Switching frequency is configurable for 2.5 MHz or 1.0 MHz, with auto PFM mode for light-load efficiency or forced PWM for noise-sensitive applications. The device includes a power-good output, precise enable, overcurrent and overtemperature protection, and 100% duty cycle mode . Packaged in an 8-pin SOT-5X3 (DRL) (1.6 mm × 2.1 mm) .
