The TPS63900 is a nano-power buck-boost converter with an input voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V and a programmable output from 1.2 V to 5.5 V, delivering up to 400 mA output current. It features an ultra-low quiescent current of 75 nA typical and 300 nA at 10 μA load, making it one of the lowest power buck-boost converters available. The device automatically transitions between buck, boost, and buck-boost modes to maintain high efficiency across the entire operating range. It includes a dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) function for power optimisation. Packaged in a 10-pin WSON (2.5 mm × 2.5 mm), it is ideal for battery-powered always-on applications.
