The TPS65233 is a dual-output LDO with an adjustable output from 0.9 V to 5 V for each channel, operating from a 2.2-V to 5.5-V input per channel. Each channel delivers up to 500 mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 200 mV at 500 mA. The device includes independent enable pins, thermal shutdown, and current limiting. Packaged in a 16-pin WQFN (RTE) (3 mm × 3 mm), it is ideal for dual-rail power applications requiring independent supply voltages.
