The TPS70960 is a 150mA low-dropout regulator with fixed 6.0V output, featuring ultra-low quiescent current of 2.05µA typical and wide input voltage range up to 30V . Dropout voltage is 1.2V at 150mA load. The device includes reverse current protection, enabling use in battery-powered applications without external blocking diodes. Built-in protection features include thermal shutdown, current limiting, undervoltage lockout, and enable pin for power sequencing. Output accuracy is ±2% over temperature.
