TPS71533DCKR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS71533 is a low-dropout regulator providing 50mA output current with fixed 3.3V output, featuring ultra-low quiescent current of 4.2µA typical (6.5µA maximum). It operates from 3.3V to 24V input and features low dropout voltage of 300mV typical at 20mA. The device is stable with ceramic output capacitors of 1µF or larger. Built-in protection includes current limiting and thermal shutdown. The TPS71533 is available in the space-saving SC-70 (DCK) package. Selection is ideal for battery-powered always-on applications requiring wide input voltage range and low power consumption.
