TPS72325DBVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS72325 is a 200-mA low-dropout linear regulator with fixed –2.5 V output (negative voltage), operating from –1.5 V to –10 V input . It features ultra-low dropout voltage of 200 mV typical at 200 mA and high PSRR of 60 dB at 1 kHz. Quiescent current is 200 µA typical, with shutdown current of 0.5 µA . Built-in protection includes current limiting and thermal shutdown. Stability is maintained with ceramic output capacitors of 2.2 µF or greater. Selection is ideal for generating negative supply rails in precision analog circuits. Applications include negative supplies for operational amplifiers, ADC/DAC negative rails, and RF amplifier bias supplies in portable instrumentation and industrial controls.
