TPS73025DBVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS730 is a 200-mA low-dropout linear regulator with a fixed 2.5 V output, operating from 2.7 V to 5.5 V input. It features ultra-low dropout of 130 mV at 200 mA, high PSRR of 68 dB at 1 kHz, and low output noise of 30 μVRMS with a noise bypass capacitor. The device consumes 250 μA typical quiescent current and 1 μA in shutdown. Stable with a 2.2-μF ceramic output capacitor, the TPS730 includes current limiting and thermal protection. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23, it is ideal for powering noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits in portable applications. Applications include RF power supplies for wireless transceivers, Bluetooth modules, audio codec power, and sensor supplies in portable medical devices.
