TPS73101DBVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS73101 is a 150mA low-dropout linear regulator with adjustable output from 1.2V to 5.5V, operating from 1.7V to 5.5V input. It features ultra-low output noise of 15µVRMS with a noise bypass capacitor and high PSRR of 70dB at 1kHz. The device consumes 400µA typical quiescent current and 50nA in shutdown. Dropout voltage is 30mV typical at 150mA, with output accuracy of 0.5% over temperature. The TPS73101 is stable with any output capacitor (ceramic, tantalum, or electrolytic) of 2.2µF or greater. Selection is ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits requiring adjustable output.
