TPS73133DBVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS73133 is a 150-mA LDO with a fixed 3.3-V output, operating from a 3.4-V to 5.5-V input. It features ultra-low dropout (30 mV at 150 mA), high PSRR (70 dB at 1 kHz), and low output noise (15 µVRMS with noise bypass capacitor). Quiescent current is 400 µA typical, with 50 nA in shutdown. The device is stable with any output capacitor of 2.2 µF or greater. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), it is ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits.
